Как изменить причину спора
Татьяна спросил 3 года назад Товар мне доставлен частично. Продавцу написала. Он предложил открыть спорт с определённой темой (товар закончился). Я начала заполнять спор и уткнулась в отсутствие данной строки. В итоге указала другую причину (Нет информации об отслеживании). Ответ мне пришёл практически моментально. Мне отказали. Текст отказа ниже. Продавец готов вернуть деньги, но ему нужна смена причины спора. Я же эту причину указать не могу, т.к. мне заблокированы все возмоности редактирования кроме моего решения. Я его чуть-чуть подредактировала, но, насколько поняла, это не поможет. Часть посылки я подтвердила получение, но уже после всех решений администрации. Что мне делать? Если я отменю спор, а потом его открою по новой — поможет ли это?
